Before we quote or build, we do one paid planning session to make sure the site is clear, scoped, and priced correctly. This prevents surprises, scope creep, and keeps the build efficient on both sides.

This is not a long consulting engagement, it’s a single planning session so we can quote accurately.

What we do in discovery:

- Confirm what you do, who you serve, and the main call to action

- Decide the page list and what content is needed for each page.

- Confirm must-have features (contact forms, scheduling, payments, integrations).

- Confirm any tools or integrations needed (scheduler, CRM, payments, forms).

- Recommend hosting and an update plan (we’ll tell you what you need, and what you don’t).

- Identify any basic requirements that apply to your project (privacy/accessibility, if relevant).

What you get:

- A Web Design Plan (page outline + feature list).

- A realistic timeline.

- A fixed build quote (or a tight range if key inputs are missing).

How it works

- Pay to book your session.

- Complete a short questionnaire before we meet.

- We meet for one 60-minute Discovery Session

- You receive your plan within 1–2 business days.

Behind the scenes

- After the session, we spend approximately 4–5 hours finalizing your plan, recommendations, and quote.

Paid Discovery: $687.50

Discovery is required before we provide a firm quote.
If you move forward with WebStrata for the build, the full Discovery fee is credited to the project.
Typical site budgets fall between $4,000 and $12,000, depending on scope

Upon receipt of payment, we will schedule the following meeting with you:

(1) 60-minute Discovery Session

Once this meeting is on our calendar, you'll receive an email with an attachment. Please complete and return the short questionnaire prior to our first session. The more info we have on-hand during our time with you, the better.

Once discovery is complete, you will receive a Web Design Plan with timeline and Site Budget Proposal. You may then move forward or take this plan to another developer.
